We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our retail team at Welcome Break. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
