Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled swimming instructor to join our team at Swimming Nature, the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition.

As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for delivering our award-winning teaching programme to students of all ages, from babies to adults. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each student progresses through each skill level, supported by our unique rewards programme and cutting-edge technology.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum ASA or STA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, exceptional communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing environment. A current lifesaving qualification is preferred, although we can provide this if necessary. You will also need to demonstrate excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport.

We offer a full-time teaching opportunity with a flexible schedule, including weekday afternoons and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work up to 25-30 hours per week, with additional hours possible.
