About the Role:

As a key member of the Tripod Partners team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving forward our Adult Social Care Inspection readiness programme. This programme aims to ensure that our services are prepared for the new CQC inspection framework, focusing on quality and outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders across relevant council services and partner organisations to ensure a clear understanding of the work to be done and to identify and overcome barriers to progress.

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual with a track record of improving practice and service delivery in a relevant field. You will have extensive experience and/or knowledge of Adult Social Care services and a solid understanding of what 'good' looks like. You will be able to drive and manage multi-faceted programmes of work effectively, even in a period of changing requirements and priorities.
