Job Title: Associate Director of Planning

Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Planning to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for shaping and assessing the case for development projects, including determining planning strategies, community consultation, and planning project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planning strategies for development projects
  • Provide advice and guidance on planning and land use to clients and local planning authorities
  • Supervise and advise team members on planning projects
  • Prepare planning applications for the public and private sector

Requirements:

  • Chartered Town Planner with a good Town Planning degree or related
  • Experience in preparing planning applications for the public and/or private sector
  • Excellent analytical and written skills
  • Strong team working ethic
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ideally some GIS experience
