We are a leading independent multi-office estate agency with a strong presence in the Mitcham area. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries from property portals, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating offers with both tenants and landlords. You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, with the option to take a weekday off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss your day and share best practices.
  • Generate applicants for our properties by calling existing databases and networking with potential clients.
  • Respond to enquiries from property portals, such as Rightmove and Zoopla, via phone and email.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings of our properties, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Negotiate offers with both tenants and landlords, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Hit sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Previous Lettings Experience: You will have a proven track record of success in lettings, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £22,000, with the potential for OTE commission and basic earnings of up to £50,000. You will also receive excellent continued training, company benefits, pension, and career progression opportunities.
