We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one SEN support to students, adapting the learning environment to meet their individual needs.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure effective provision and monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN, including those with speech and language difficulties.
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver EHCP provisions and ensure compliance with latest SEN policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless support network.
Requirements
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience in supporting students with SEN and utilizing strategies to manage behaviors and meet needs.
