Shorterm Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering deliverables to our projects and providing technical expertise.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in the offshore wind and power transmission sectors. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the electrical engineering team, providing input into tenders, and leading electrical engineering deliverables through early-stage feasibility studies, project specifications, design review, and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the electrical engineering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical engineering deliverables.
  • Provide electrical engineering input into tenders and proposals.
  • Lead electrical engineering deliverables through early-stage feasibility studies, project specifications, design review, and assurance.
  • Ensure necessary electrical engineering and technical resources are assigned to projects throughout tendering and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate electrical engineering expertise in the offshore wind and power transmission sectors.
  • Have an understanding of engineering deliverables through concept, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design, and across construction and installation activities.
