Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain our cutting-edge robotic systems on customer sites.
- Champion the upkeep of our robots and work zones, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
- Assemble and install new prototypes for rigorous testing.
- Master the art of organisation, keeping our workshop inventory stocked and streamlined.
- Log data accurately and track progress.
- Communicate effectively with our dedicated teams to resolve any issues.
- Efficiently move trolleys within the greenhouse and its vicinity.
- Monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure top-tier quality and minimal downtime.
- Form dynamic partnerships with customers to ensure stellar hygiene standards and flawless product tracking.
- Clear communication skills in writing and speech.
- Hands-on experience from workshops, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Independence and responsibility, with the ability to seek help when needed.
- Basic computer operation skills and numerical literacy.
- A strong drive to organise and keep things tidy.
- Ability to work towards targets, production KPIs, and schedules.
- Problem-solving skills and a conscious approach to Health and Safety.

This is a full-time position, initially 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a 4-day week (12hr) rota including weekends and bank holidays. The salary is £25k-£40k annually, depending on experience.
We have 1 open position in Southport, UK. Interviews are carried out on a rolling basis, and we may terminate any interviews once a position is filled.
