Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects, including the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on planning and scheduling best practices to project teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling infrastructure projects, preferably in a tier 1 contractor or client-side consultancy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools and software, including Primavera P6.
