Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Hire Society Recruitment Ltd. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Perform credit checks and verify vendor information to ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a financial operations or accounting role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
