About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber with strong Multi Trade experience to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This role is field-based in the South West area and requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- Participate in our out-of-hours service, ensuring customer safety at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador for LiveWest, upholding our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Field Service Technician, you will:
- Have a formal qualification in Plumbing and Heating and substantial hands-on experience.
- Strong multi-skilled abilities that complement your plumbing expertise.
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Be highly competent.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude with a proactive response to problem-solving.
- Have outstanding customer service skills, with experience in working in customers' homes an advantage.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
