About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, ensuring the smooth delivery of financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting team, ensuring the timely completion of financial tasks and the maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing training to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of financial data between different technology platforms, ensuring all relevant data is accurately captured.
  • Verify that the team is correctly invoicing clients for all costs paid on their behalf, ensuring applicable fees have been applied and relevant fields updated in the system.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of daily service delivery.
  • Assist with escalations and queries from the expense management vendor.
  • Hold and minute regular calls with the expense management vendor.
  • Assist in the client's data acquisition process and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Perform extensive data validation and quality assurance analysis within large data sets.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Attend implementation meetings for the onboarding of new clients.
  • Assist and support the team with the review and delivery of monthly reporting for management and tax purposes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel are required.
