Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Nantwich Health Centre. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in general practice nursing and be able to work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent patient care. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing chronic disease management and cervical screening services
- Delivering immunisations and injections
- Offering wound care and clinical record keeping
- Mentoring Health Care Assistants, Assistant Practitioners, and Students
- Participating in auditing and quality control
Nantwich Health Centre is a friendly and growing surgery with a patient population of 7900. Our team is committed to providing excellent patient care and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.
