We are seeking to engage flexible personnel to serve as a Student Transport Support Specialist, delivering vital assistance and guidance to students during their commutes to educational institutions.
In the role of a Student Transport Support Specialist, you will aid students with various physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges, ensuring a smooth transition from their residences to schools and back. It is essential to possess experience or knowledge in working with school-aged children, coupled with the ability to exhibit empathy, patience, and understanding towards a range of additional support requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students during their travel to and from school.
- Demonstrate compassion and understanding towards students' diverse needs.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
This position operates on an as-needed basis.
If selected for this role, you will be required to obtain and maintain membership in the PVG scheme.
