About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Creator to join our team. As a Senior Creator, your primary focus is on creating great, ground-breaking, conversation-starting work that works – ideas that represent the best qualities of social media. You'll lead work across the full spectrum of jobs, from content creation to platform strategy to campaign thinking and managing shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day output, managing multiple deadlines and projects from content creation to strategy.
  • Inspire and support the team, fostering creativity and encouraging growth.
  • Keep ahead of social shifts to remain innovative, adapting trends to keep brands at the forefront of conversations and formats.
  • Ideating for campaigns, BAU, & reactive opportunities across multiple clients, using knowledge of platforms to formulate engaging ideas.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain timely and high-quality content.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Developing reports, providing recommendations, and measurable goals using analytical skills to extract insight from data.
  • Crafting creative copy, ensuring content across channels adheres to the correct tone of voice & guidelines of brands.
  • Making recommendations for costs, timings, and managing budgets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in social marketing or equivalent.
  • 2-3+ years in a Mid-Weight role.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven craft and design/copy skills.
  • Passion for social and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Strong organisational skills (to manage multiple projects at once).
  • Proven management Experience.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Platform knowledge / capable of using software (such as Emplifi).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ambition to create impactful campaigns.
