Job Title: Level 2 Assessor – Health and Social Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health and Social Care Assessor to join our Apprenticeship team. As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will be responsible for working with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, delivering high-quality training and support, and monitoring their progress to ensure timely completion and successful achievement of End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of learners working on Health and Social Care provision from level 1 through to level 4
- Liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners
- Monitor learners' progress and ensure timely completion of their assessments
- Work with learners to achieve successful End Point Assessment
Requirements:
- Relevant academic or industry-related qualification
- Experience of working in a relevant health and social care setting
- Experience of managing a caseload of learners
- TAQA qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Experience of working within further education or training setting (desirable)
