Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering inductions to new starters, conducting annual company refreshers, and providing 3-yearly refreshers on food safety and health & safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs to ensure new starters are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on food safety and health & safety.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
