About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roving Chef to join our team at Brunning and Price. As a Roving Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our existing pubs and new pub openings, working closely with our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support kitchen teams in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Provide guidance and training to junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a gastro pub or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and food quality
