About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in our supported living service in Fazakerley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in all aspects of daily life.
  • Facilitate a wide range of activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
  • Manage behaviours that challenge the environment and others, using a positive behaviour support framework.
Requirements
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement.
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
  • Maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework.
