Job Description

**Logistics Administrator Role**

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic logistics environment and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration tasks in a logistics office setting
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including coordinating with haulage companies and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient transport booking and logistics operations
  • Support the logistics team with various tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in office administration software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44
