Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service requests, conducting thorough assessments and providing detailed reports on the nature of the problem and recommended solutions.
  • Utilize industry-leading field service tools and equipment to diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dealer software and repair techniques, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in heavy earthmoving equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid LDV driving license and willingness to travel.
