About the Opportunity

Ramboll Group A/S is a leading global consulting engineering company that provides innovative solutions to complex environmental and health challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our transaction advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the delivery of environmental due diligence projects across various sectors, including data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits, and reporting.
  2. Identify, assess, and communicate environmental risks and opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
  3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of key environmental regulations and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in environmental policy and regulation.
  4. Build working relationships and collaborate with our international environmental due diligence team to enhance project opportunities and develop international due diligence knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable experience in environmental due diligence consulting, including data room reviews, site visits, and reporting.
  2. Ability to quickly and succinctly interpret and critically analyze environmental information, assess potential risks or opportunities, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  3. Professional understanding of environmental liabilities and compliance requirements, including the ability to put these risks into context and advise clients on liability management options.
  4. Experience working with international colleagues and sub-consultants to ensure timely and commercially successful delivery of environmental due diligence projects.
  5. Project management experience or ability to provide project management support.
