Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in upholding exceptional cooking standards and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Prepare traditional Greek meals with attention to detail.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards meticulously.
- Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies as needed during service.
- Assemble and package food orders for takeout and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.
- Opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles are available.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a culinary position.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
