Job Description

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Business Advisor to join our Partner Support Services team. As a key member of our HR Services function, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with administrative and reporting activities surrounding Partnership/business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Assistant Managers and PSSS team with Partner queries and escalations, seeking to understand root cause.
  • Support our Assistant Manager population with the cascading of key messages and communications.
  • Drive and support CSI initiatives and ensure participation in strategic pillar workshops and other HRS networking.
  • Support and drive implementation of quality monitoring and general governance and best practice.
  • Work with the team and Assistant Manager's to identify enhanced ways of capturing and analysing data and measures of team success.
  • Support Assistant Managers with the cascading of strategic objectives and goals.
  • Prioritise team wellbeing and growth by championing the right behaviors and ways of working.
  • Assist with meeting representation and support with project workstream deliverables where appropriate.
  • Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • The ability to proactively organise and prioritise workload, managing time efficiently and can effectively multitask.
  • Good, effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder mapping and management.
  • Ability to coach and share SME knowledge effectively.
  • Actively seek to build your technical knowledge in areas that are unknown to you for the wider benefits of coaching and upskill of the team.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Building effective relationships across the wider teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Data analysis skills for reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proactively looks for opportunities and is able to put forward effective, relevant business solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar HR systems.
