Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our EG Group team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery floor and ensure a smooth operation when the manager is not present.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales and increase profitability.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a team leader or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
