About the Role

As a Spa Beauty Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of holistic and maintenance treatments using premier brands like Elemis, Nouveau Lashes, HD, OPI, Lycon, and Lava Shells. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other treatments to exceptional standards.
  • Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Providing outstanding client care and motivating clients to rebook.
  • Upselling spa products based on thorough consultations.
  • Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
  • High levels of client care, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is a bonus but not essential.
