Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in retail recruitment with a network of retail professionals
  • Proven success in hiring within the UK/Ireland retail market, particularly in fashion, luxury goods, beauty, skincare, and wellbeing
  • Experience managing the complete hiring process from start to finish with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of creative sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates, especially for niche roles
  • Expertise in developing innovative sourcing strategies and engaging directly with candidates
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with a comprehensive understanding of broader business objectives
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box solutions

Experience:

  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Smart Recruiter is desirable
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and hiring trackers
