This vital role will involve managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage contracts for both Estates and Digital units.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and hospital policies.
  • Provide expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contractors to ensure quality and performance standards are maintained.
  • Monitor contract performance and implement any necessary changes to meet the needs of the business units.
  • Ensure that all financial, legal, and operational aspects of contracts are properly managed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager, ideally within the healthcare, estates, or digital sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of IR35 regulations and how they apply to contract work.
