Ophthalmic Lens Trainer Job Opportunity
Zest Optical is seeking a skilled Regional Lens Trainer to join their team in Southern England. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for delivering product, sales, and retail training activities to key customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit optical stores to train and communicate with customers on products and services.
- Organize and coordinate digital learning initiatives, including live webinars.
- Develop training ideas to enhance sales levels and support the Head of EPS with projects.
- Support the Head of EPS with training content creation, including storyboard, presentations, and adapting content to various formats.
- Support the sales team with customer training requirements and their KPIs.
Requirements:
- Dispensing Optician qualification.
- Ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
