  • Technical Oversight:

    Requirements:
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
      • Proven experience within the energy and commodities trading industry, with a deep understanding of trading systems, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
      • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex software development projects from conception to completion.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficient in software development languages and frameworks commonly used in trading applications (e.g., Java, C++, Python,.NET).
      • Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software engineering.
      • Experience with database systems, data modeling, and data warehousing solutions.
      • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices pertinent to financial systems.
      • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
      • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
