About The Role

As a key member of our team at GSF Car Parts, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers. Your role will involve working closely with our branch network to provide feedback and insights that help us continuously improve our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering Excellence: Deliver parts to customers within a 40-mile radius, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and feedback to ensure we meet our service standards.
  • Feedback and Insights: Share relevant customer and competitor activity with the branch, helping us stay ahead of the competition.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Load your vehicle according to procedures, perform daily checks, and maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
  • Supporting the Team: Assist with warehouse tasks as needed and help with inter-branch transfer deliveries when required.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • A minimum of 3 years' driving experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius of our branch.
  • Previous experience in a delivery driver role.
  • The ability to understand the importance of excellent customer service standards.
  • Good time-keeping skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • A customer-focused attitude, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile.
