We are seeking an experienced Paediatric nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high dependency and intensive care, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, family-centred nursing care to critically ill children
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Participate in the rotation of the critical care areas, including the High Dependency Unit
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills in line with Trust policies and procedures, and the NMC code of professional conduct
