We are seeking compassionate individuals to assist one adult primarily, with the opportunity to provide support across multiple residences as necessary. Our new supported living environment is conveniently located, with accessible parking available.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is dynamic and varied. The individuals we assist are lively and enjoy engaging in various activities, including outings to cultural sites, social venues, and recreational facilities. They also have a keen interest in creative pursuits, such as arts and crafts, which you will facilitate through local educational programs or community groups.

  • Encourage Independence: Assist individuals in acquiring new skills and hobbies.
  • Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Aid with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with families and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support.
  • Documentation: Keep precise care plans and progress records.

Flexibility is essential in this role, including working alternate weekends and public holidays. Shift timings may vary based on the needs of the individual you are supporting. During daytime activities, shifts can be adjusted to specific hours. Overnight support will also be part of the role.
