Medical Imaging Systems Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems.
  2. Installation and repair of high-value capital equipment.
  3. Providing impeccable customer service and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving licence.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Applications welcome from Service Engineers with a HM Forces background, RAF, Navy, or REME, or from the medical, laboratory, print press, packaging, industrial, scientific, or airport security based X-ray or Imaging equipment backgrounds.
