We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at TOTAL TECHNOLOGY (ENGINEERING) LIMITED in Derby. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a professional manner, achieving sales targets, and performing administrative duties.

• Process daily cash paperwork and prepare banking, including petty cash.
• Monitor stock movements and deliveries, and raise invoices/credit notes accurately.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
• Serve customers at the counter, off-site, or on the telephone, and actively sell and promote all trailers/parts.
• Advise and take orders for trailer hire/towbar fitting, and liaise with the workshop team.
• Be trained and drive a Fork Lift Truck if required.

• Previous motor trade experience.
• At least 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, such as a trade counter, parts advisor, or service desk.
• Able to work to sales targets.
• Full driving license is essential.

• Monthly sales bonus.
• 32 days leave (including bank holidays).
