We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Debriefing Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Debrief Drivers: Conduct thorough debriefs with drivers upon their return to the depot, ensuring they are aware of any issues or concerns.
- Compliance Management: Verify the accuracy and completeness of delivery paperwork, preventing POD queries and financial losses.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete and submit end-of-shift reports, update the driver debrief database, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Transportation Support: Collaborate with the transportation team to resolve issues related to failed drops, late deliveries, and other transportation-related matters.
- Communication and Liaison: Maintain open communication with drivers, transportation staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
This role requires flexibility, including working Saturdays and occasional Bank/Public holidays. We offer a competitive package and a dynamic work environment.
