Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Service Engineer to join our team at Seriously Connected. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to our customers, ensuring their packaging machinery is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and maintenance to customers' packaging machinery
  • Install and commission new packaging equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Packaging Service Engineer, with a strong background in robotics and mechatronics
  • Excellent technical knowledge of packaging machinery, controls, and automation systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
