Key Responsibilities:
As an apprentice pursuing a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, you will join a dedicated team caring for children up to the age of 5, fostering a supportive environment where learning through play is encouraged. Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular communication with parents regarding their child's activities and progress
- Engaging in interactive play, reading, and other educational activities
- Ensuring child welfare and safety while adhering to health and safety protocols
- Managing your time effectively to complete coursework and meet deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
- English qualification at GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2
- A genuine passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging
- Strong relationship-building skills, including empathy and active listening
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
