About this Role:

The Customer Service Executive plays a crucial part in the broader merchandising and supply chain team, ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain systems and processes to maximize efficiency for the UK and Ireland business.

This role involves acting as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium and sport-inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company's values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth passage of goods into the UK and then into our wholesale doors.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure their order book is executed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams, both internally and externally.

Main Activities:

  • Implementing and adapting global processes to the UK market.
  • Providing strong support and coordinating the supply chain for all products in the UK, especially for wholesale key accounts.
  • Analyzing shipping performance vs targets and KPIs.
  • Investigating and reconciling compliance and delivery issues.
  • Optimizing order-books to maximize conversion.
  • Managing order entry and order-book reconciliation.
  • Ensuring compliance and efficiency with shipments and customization.
  • Reporting risks and opportunities back to the business.
  • Monitoring orders, stock movements, stock arrivals, booking, and shipping processes.
  • Allocating inventory in a timely manner.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes.

Main Skills, Competencies, and Knowledge Required:

  • Successful experience as a customer service representative, supply chain executive, logistics coordinator, or key account order manager.
  • Proficient logistics and operations skills.
  • Customer service, product, and sales-oriented skills.
  • Basic figures analysis skills.
  • Accountability.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Preferred understanding of ORLI, CBR, SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK market and passion for fashion.
