Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at 360-Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing financial reports and providing support to the Head of Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist the Head of Accounts in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or nearly qualified.
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
