About the Role:

GLL is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at St Ives Leisure Centre. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes to a diverse range of customers, providing a safe and effective workout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Pilates classes that cater to different ages and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Pilates programs and services

Requirements:

  • Pilates Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
