Working Hours: 37.5 hours weekly

Compensation: £12.79 ~ £25,013

Role Overview:

  • In alignment with the organization's goals and under the guidance of the Locality Manager and Registered Manager, oversee a team of Supported Living Workers to uphold a high standard of care delivery.
  • This role entails providing direction to foster a joyful, nurturing, and secure atmosphere for the individuals we assist, alongside a well-organized schedule of recreational activities and social skills development tailored to each person, in line with the organization's values.
  • Actively advocate for an autism-focused culture by ensuring that work practices, environments, communication tools, and frameworks are established to cater to the unique needs of the individuals we support.
  • Assume responsibilities in the absence of the Locality Manager.
