CNC Grinder Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join our team at Holt Engineering. As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating Surface & Thread Grinding machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Performing internal & external grinding operations with precision and accuracy
  • Inspecting your work using a range of hand tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Liaising with other departments, such as Quality and Design, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Utilizing your knowledge of aerospace technology to work safely and efficiently
  • Working from technical drawings to produce complex parts
  • Setting and operating CNC Grinding machines with ease and confidence
  • Working a standard day shift schedule

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of aerospace technology and manufacturing processes
  • Previous experience working with CNC Grinding machines and surface grinding operations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
