Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at the Albion Taverna in Faversham, Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
