About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Fire Safety Advisor to join our specialist team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on fire safety across our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive exemplary fire safety practices across all of our workplaces
  • Regularly monitor and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards
  • Design and deliver fire safety training sessions and audit operational teams in the delivery of fire safety tasks
  • Provide expert guidance and support on fire safety to frontline staff and management teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of NEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent) and affiliation with a recognized fire safety institute
  • Previous experience in a Fire Safety Advisor role within a multi-site environment, ideally in the Housing Sector
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations and British Standards in relation to fire safety
  • IT literacy and experience using Microsoft to deliver safety messages through reports, statistics, and training
