  • Utilize your knowledge to educate clients on lens options and frame features
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical department, including inventory management and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure accurate lens preparation and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Optical Dispensing Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of optical products and services, including lens options and frame features
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC)
