About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
- As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
- You will have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- You will be confident in offering clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
- You will enjoy building connections with residents and their families, providing kindness and support.
