Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team as an EPOS & IT Specialist. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide SLA-driven EPOS & IT support to hospitality, retail, and healthcare outlets
- Diagnose and rectify EPOS, networking, and IT issues
- Install, move, add, and change EPOS, IT, and networking devices
- Perform physical installations, including mounting and cabling
- Deliver project work, including AV, digital signage, and customer rollouts
- Offer on-site support services for EPOS, IT, and network/comms infrastructure, hardware, and software
- Complete timely and accurate paperwork
- Cable infrastructure, including Cat5, Cat6, and wireless
- Interact with customers and communicate effectively
- Full driver's license and comfort with extensive travel
- Full 5-year DBS checkable history
- Ability to use standard Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work methodically and efficiently on-site
- Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to travel
- Passion for technology and customer service
