About the Procurement Manager Role
The Procurement Manager will play a crucially strategic role in ensuring that b3 jobs Ltd has a steady and cost-effective supply of the required raw materials, ingredients, and other necessary goods required for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, ensuring supply security and favourable supplier contracts.
- Manage and mentor two Buyers, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Lead procurement on-site and step in as Head of Procurement when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree educated with FMCG manufacturing experience, specialising in direct spending on raw materials and packaging.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Multi-site procurement responsibility would be preferable.
What We Offer:
- An extensive benefits package, inclusive of additional leave and a health & wellbeing programme.
- A competitive salary up to £62,000 according to experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with one day of remote work per week.
