Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative in-store marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales for our client, a major FMCG food brand.
Key Responsibilities- Activation Planning: Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
- Account Management: Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business, working with customers and delivering evaluations and reporting for each account.
- POS and Display Management: Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
- Strategic Projects: Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
- Administrative Support: Support the team with admin and budget management, including tracking and reporting.
- Event Participation: Actively participate in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
- Agency and Supplier Management: Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.
- Experience: Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too.
- Understanding: Understanding of the full shopper Journey touchpoints.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail.
- Commercial Savvy: Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive Learning: A proactive learner with the ability to build relationships and promote a shopper-first approach across the business.
